CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gibson called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and Friedl led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Jacobsen, Lange, Short <br />Directors Absent: Holt <br />Director Jacobsen arrived at 7:32 P.M. <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare and Lewanda, Recreation <br />Manager Wiley, and Executive Assistant Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Short, and carried 4-0, to approve the agenda as <br />modified; i.e., Item 8.D. to be continued. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of June 3, 2010 Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $349,130.91 <br />Payroll Total $349,182.97 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Short, and carried 4-0, to approve the <br />Consent Calendar. <br />7. DEFERRED MATTERS <br />A. Public Hearing — Adopt Resolution No. 061710-B -- Adopting the Fiscal Year <br />2010-2011 Budgets for All Funds <br />Lewanda recapped the budget process and stated the budget is the same as that <br />discussed at the June 3 Board meeting, with the correction of a $5,000 error related to <br />an irrigation controller at Rancho Conejo Playfields. She recommended adoption of <br />the budget, and thanked staff members for their collaborative work on the budget <br />process. <br />
