CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 12:02 p.m. and Ives led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen, Jones, Lange <br />Directors Absent: <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Executive Assistant Reynders <br />Also Present: Brent Ives, Consultant <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />CRPD Video Submitted for National Recreation & Park Association <br />Gold Award <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes June 21, 2012 Regular Meeting <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jacobsen, and carried 4-0 (Jones <br />abstained) to approve the consent calendar as presented. <br />6. NEW ITEMS <br />A. Board Workshop with Brent Ives to Review, Discuss and Approve <br />Board of Directors "Norms", "Guidelines" & "Processes" <br />Friedl introduced Ives and presented a brief history of the development of <br />the Board Norms, Guidelines & Processes. Ives suggested an expedient <br />way of discussing the documents. <br />
