EXECUTIVE CLOSED SESSION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 and 54956.95; Workers Compensation <br />Claimant Jesus Barron; Claim number 4A231 1 OQQ29-0001, 4A23127R5S4-0001, <br />4A23127R5TQ-0001; WCAB Case No: ADJ18461198; ADJ18461200; ADJ18461199, <br />Chris Griffin, Esq., of Griffin, Lotz & Holman <br />Borchard Skate Park: Past, Present and Future <br />Kurt Gunning, Recreation Supervisor, Borchard Community Center (BOC) provided an <br />overview of the history of skateboarding at BOC, beginning in 2001 when the current <br />skatepark was built. He described the wide array of programs offered and the ways in <br />which the current skatepark has served the community. He shared the design for the new <br />skatepark, made necessary due to current deteriorating park conditions and the need for <br />more space. Michael Braff, Recreation Coordinator, BOC, addressed the success of the <br />skatepark and introduced skatepark staff attending this evening's meeting. Tayler <br />Krabbenhoft, Recreation Specialist at BOC, reviewed current and upcoming skateboard <br />programming and the bright future of CRPD Skate. <br />The presenters answered Board members questions and Board members thanked them <br />for their informative presentation. <br />
