The remaining cancellations were a variety of contractor-led classes. <br />Hillcrest Center for the Arts (HCFA) had one contractor cancel seven writing workshops due to low enrollment. <br />Outdoor Recreation held 16 classes by Goat Kids last year, but the independent contractor only offered one this year. <br />The Thousand Oaks Teen Center (TEEN) continues to offer a wide variety of programs each session to see what <br />interests teens in hopes of rebuilding their enrollment base. <br /> <br /> <br />
