CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Lange called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm and Avery Akers led the flag salute. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present- Holt, Huffer, Lange, Nickles <br />Directors Absent: Cusworth <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare, Smith, IT <br />Manager Segedie and Executive Assistant Reynders <br />(Cusworth arrived 6:02 pm) <br />• Unit — Summer Camp during COVID-1 9 <br />Avery Akers, Recreation Coordinator, Conejo Community Center, shared the challenges staff <br />faced with running summer camps during Covid-1 9. Multiple modifications, including safety <br />and cleaning procedures, temperature checks and handwashing, were added to the camp <br />program routines. 334 children were served over 9 weekly sessions and no instances of the <br />virus occurred. Akers presented a slide show with scenes from various camp activities. He <br />answered Board members' questions and was thanked for his informative presentation. <br />4.
