CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Holt called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm and Segedie led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gibson, Holt, Huffer, Lange <br />Directors Absent: Jones <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Callis, Hare and Lewanda and <br />Executive Assistant Reynders <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Huffer, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to approve the agenda as <br />presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval of Minutes of June 21, 2018 Regular Meeting <br />B. Approval of Warrants <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $1,120,806.34 <br />Payroll $410,500 <br />C. CRPD Salary Schedule <br />D. 2018 Biennial Review of Conflict of Interest Code <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to approve the Consent Calendar <br />as presented. <br />7.
