General Manager's Report <br />Friedl reported the Recreation Service Manager position is in the process of <br />being filled and interviews are currently being held. Hare added the Parks & <br />Planning Division is in the process of filling the recently -vacated Park <br />Planner position. <br />Friedl reported there will be a need for a two closed sessions tonight. <br />E. Directors' Reports <br />Jones suggested making some improvements to Lang Ranch Neighborhood <br />Park. He stated some residents are interested in additions of bathrooms, a <br />shade structure and additions to the concrete sidewalk. Jacobsen <br />suggested this be an item for a future meeting and requested it be brought <br />back to the Board on December 15th, as he will be absent from the <br />December 15t meeting. <br />Holt reported on the general delight that many Veteran's Day Ceremony <br />attendees took in the CRPD staff and their handling of the event, especially <br />given the inclement weather and the necessity to move the ceremony <br />indoors. <br />F. Follow -Up Reports on Meetings/Conferences Attended <br />Lange praised the Young Artists Ensemble's production of "Oklahoma." He <br />will provide a report on his recent attendance at NRPA shortly. Rancho Simi <br />Park District made a presentation at the VCSDA meeting last week with <br />particular focus on their plans for three miniature golf courses and other <br />amenities at Sinaloa Park. <br />12.
