June 2, 2011 <br />Page 4 <br />D. General Manager's Report <br />Friedl reported that the Thousand Oaks Boulevard Specific Plan is now on-line and <br />available for viewing on the City's website. The City's Water Rate Structure <br />Committee meetings have concluded. <br />Lange asked the status of Two Moons. Friedl said at present an attempt is being <br />made to set up a meeting with regular interested users of CCS during the month of <br />May, including Two Moons, to see how all activities can be accommodated. <br />The second meeting of the 501h Anniversary Advisory Committee was held last week. <br />The group did some more brainstorming plus engaged in a "sticky dot" exercise to <br />help with prioritization. A similar exercise for all district staff will be held later in the <br />month. <br />D. Directors' Reports <br />Gibson referenced a newspaper article re: a superior court judge in San Diego ruling <br />in favor of Coastal Environmental Rights Foundation with regard to an annual 0 of <br />July fireworks show and the effect this could have on future District events. <br />F. Follow -Up Reports on Meetings/Conferences Attended <br />Lange reported on his attendance at the Conejo Valley Unified School District Band <br />Festival at Westlake High School; there were over 680 students on stage at one time. <br />He noted a multitude of students from the community are participating in music <br />programs. <br />12.
