Sections and Details, as necessary <br />Athletic Field Lighting Plan <br />► Athletic Field Electrical/Communication Layout Plan <br />► Basketball Courts <br />Prepare complete technical specifications for the athletic fields and <br />component based on approved final Construction plans and details. <br />Review updated estimate of probable construction costs to be prepared by <br />others. <br />Make presentation of Construction Documents to Owner for review and <br />written approval. <br />Biding and Award Phase <br />Respond to plan check comments and reissue drawings for local <br />governmental approval. <br />Coordinate with Owner's agent for distribution of documents to General <br />Contractors for bidding. <br />Respond to questions during the bidding process. <br />Prepare and distribute clarifications and Addenda as requested during <br />bidding process. <br />Assist Owner's agent with evaluation and recommendations for award for <br />General Contract for construction of the project. <br />Construction Administration Services Phase <br />Provide periodic construction observation to assist in monitoring the <br />progress and general quality of the contractor's performance. We <br />propose to assign a CMX construction manager who is experienced in <br />the construction of athletic fields to be available, as required, to assist <br />the Owner's agent with periodic project site visits and attendance, at key <br />meetings throughout the duration of construction. This proposal includes <br />nine (9) anticipated site visits for formal observations of the athletic fields, <br />tennis courts, basketball courts, and adjacent construction. <br />Assist in project meetings, as requested.
