Design and <br />preparation of power system drawings for panel upgrades, electrical <br />conductor, transformers, field lighting, etc. are not included in this <br />(continued) scope of work. CMX will coordinate these with the project electrical <br />engineer. <br />Siva STRucnaAL DEs1GN. CMX will coordinate the design of <br />miscellaneous site structural items, such as scoreboard footings, goal <br />post footings, etc. with the project structural engineer. <br />Coordinate with the Project Architect, other sub -consultants and District <br />staff members in the preparation and review of the Design Development <br />Plans. <br />Provide product evaluation and selection, especially related to turf systems, <br />sports lighting, fencing, scoreboards, natural turf sections, etc. <br />Prepare Technical Specifications for the above described Athletic Elements. <br />This phase will include an index of technical specification sections, <br />together with draft specifications for each required section. Project General <br />Conditions and Bid documents will be provided by others. CMX will <br />review and provide comments on General conditions and Bid Documents <br />in relationship to the Athletic Elements. <br />Review updated estimate of probable construction costs to be prepared by <br />others. <br />Make presentation of Design Development plans and drawings to Owner <br />for review and written approval. <br />CMX will provide sports engineering perspective review and comments on <br />facilities not specifically designed by CMX but that have relationships to <br />the' sports elements. <br />Construction Documents Phase <br />The intent. of this phase -is to complete all necessary construction plans <br />and details for the above described elements based on the approved <br />Design Development plans. CMX will coordinate all athletic field design <br />components with the project architect, project civil engineers, structural, <br />mechanical, electrical, plumbing and landscape-awhitgstate a that- - - - <br />they are well -integrated with the athletic field design components of the <br />project, specifically: <br />Prepare complete Athletic Field construction plans and all related <br />construction details for all base bid and bid alternates.
