The scope of work by the 2nd Party Consultant that is anticipated to affect our work in terms of additional time includes the following areas: . 1 Review the scope of work planned by LGC and provide input where appropriate. Down hole log all of the large diameter borings with LGC field personnel. / Review the subsurface conditions interpreted by LGC as indicated on geotechnical maps, cross sections and other relevant figures. / Review the methods of analyses for slope stability assessment, seismic assessment, liquefaction assessment and other relevant work. Review the mitigation options prepared by LGC. 1 Review the report prepared by LGC indicating all the work performed including the mitigation option(s) determined as the best fit for the subject site. Oakbrook Service Yard LGC proposes. to perform a geotechnical investigation for.the proposed improvements to the existing District Service Yard located east of Erbes- Road, within the Lang Ranch Community Park area. The following scope of work is based on our discussions with you and review of OSY Concept - 01 for the proposed improvements, which include a maintenance building, parking and driveway areas, material bays, storage areas, and open yard areas. Our proposed geotechnical investigation will include subsurface exploration, laboratory testing, geotechnical analysis, and preparation of a final report. The proposed scope of work is outlined below: I Perform a background review of the District Service Yard from a geotechnical perspective, including review of available geotechnical reports and geologic literature, maps and other readily available relevant materials pertinent to the site, and a review of aerial photographs of the site to review the changes to the site over time.
