Thousand Oaks Center will host a two-day Tropical Daze Summer Music Festival on July 25 and 26 and will include a Hawaiian Luau Buffet and Polynesian Show. C. Management Services Division Report Lewanda stated that the recent assessor's report indicated that -assessed valuation in Thousand Oaks is up .21 %. She said it is not anticipated that the District or Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MBCA) will be recipients of any IOUs from the State. D. General Manager's Report Friedl commended members of senior staff for their efforts. He announced that a Closed Session would be held, but only the portion of the meeting pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 - conference with Legal Counsel on Existing Litigation — would be necessary. Short will not participate in the Closed Session, and Director Lange will participate via telephone from Kauai, Hawaii, where proper notification has been observed.
