CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING <br />AUGUST 3, 2006 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />HILLCREST CENTER <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Gibson called the meeting to order at 7: 35 pm, and City of Thousand Oaks <br />Mayor Dennis Gillette led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gibson, Holt, Jacobsen and Lange <br />Jacobsen arrived at 7:45 pm <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Assistant General Manager Friedl, <br />Administrators Benton and Lewanda, and Executive Assistant Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />S. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, with Jacobsen <br />not yet in attendance, to approve the agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval Of Minutes Of July 20, 2006 Meeting <br />B. Approval Of Warrants, Exhibit A <br />Accounts Payable Check Registers Total $487,797.97 <br />Payroll Total $339,951.32 <br />It was moved by Berger, seconded by Holt, and carried 4-0, with Jacobsen <br />not yet in attendance, to approve the Consent Calendar as modified; i.e., <br />page 4, Directors' Report, should indicate that the public works plan <br />mentioned by Lange was for the City of Malibu multi -trail connections and <br />
