Wilbur Road <br />Thousand Oaks, CA 91360 <br />Dear Michelle: <br />The City of Agoura Hills Department of Community Services has submitter) an <br />application for the use of the District's mobile stage for the "Concerts in the Park"' series <br />for summer 2006. As you are aware, the City has had an agreement with the District in <br />the past for the rental of the stage for this specific purpose. The City is requesting use of <br />the stage for June 18, July 9, July 23, and. August 6, 2006. <br />The City understands that it is not a general policy of the District to allow the stage to be <br />used out of District. In order to offer a quality cultural arts program with diminishing <br />resources, it has become necessary to work with the surrounding recreation service <br />providers to form a cooperative effort. The District and the City of Agoura Hills have <br />provided that service in past years which has met with enthusiastic and appreciated <br />response from the residents of the Agoura Hills community. <br />The City of Agoura Hills appreciates the consideration given to the use of the mobile <br />stage this upcoming summer.
