The parking lot and the park were full on a weekday evening, including at dusk. Underutilized? 2. The park is full of families and their kids and pets. LA Nightlife? - 3. Looking South to the ocean, East to the Fwy, North up & over Ave Flores, West up the hill to Waverly Park --there is not a single residence in view. The one structure('putty' colored) visible on the other side of Flores is a garage. South, you see the horse stadium & corrals and the Adult School in the far distance. 4 4. The top of the hill is Waverly Park, looking West up Flores. Photos taken from Waverly Park toward the DP show that the Equestrian Stadium is visible, but not the Dog Prk, because of the trees. 5. Photos taken from house nearest the DP (up over the "Waverly Park" hill on Flores) show that you can't even see the next-door Waverly Park- much less the Dog Park. 6. The scope of the Equestrian Stadium lights in daylight, dusk and evening 7. The shoebox lights that grace Waverly Park, situated on the hili that screens the dog park from the view of residences. 8. The immediate "neighbors" of Waverly Park - which happen to be the nearest resident's horses in corrals and stalls. 9, the fact that the Stadium lights and Waverly Park shoebox lights are many times nearer the residences than the DP. 10 The fact that the DP sits down in a hollow and is- estimated -113 to 112 mile from the nearest house, on the other side of a hill_
