Fiorita indicated <br />that a certificate of deposit will mature August 18, 2005 and that <br />reinvestment will be made at most advantageous rate available. Fiorita <br />also noted World Savings account balances total $97,923 and <br />recommended that $25,000 of money market account balance of <br />$50,747 be moved to money market account at Citil3ank to take <br />advantage of 3.05% interest rate. Asked for Commission approval to <br />move funds. <br />It was moved by Courant, seconded by Giovenco, and carried to <br />approve $25,000 from World Bank to CitiBank money market. <br />2. Fiorita informed Commission that she is in the process of completing <br />extensive paperwork for Commission accounts and that no other <br />banking accounts may be opened until completion. <br />G. Building and Grounds <br />No report <br />H. Bingo <br />Giovenco reported that from June 3 to June 28, 2005; total receipts were <br />$10,496, amount paid to prize money was $8,595 (82%) amount paid to <br />Commission fund was $1,901 (18%). <br />I. Bus Trips <br />Koval referenced and supplemented the documentation, noted <br />cancellations and registration dates, answered questions, and in answer to <br />Giovenco's inquiry if final totals for June are reflected, answered no they are <br />not. Koval clarified location of a future trip for Doane. <br />J. Programs <br />Kozlowski reported that the Program Committee is meeting on Thursday, <br />August 3, 2005 at 1:30 pm. <br />
