May 27, 2004 <br />Page 2 <br />Waverly Equestrian Arena, and she asked if future expansion would impact access. <br />Holt said that staff is cognizant of the issue, and future library expansion will not <br />impact equestrian access. It was suggested that she call Conejo Valley Unified <br />School District (CVUSD) for additional information about the Community Learning <br />Center project. <br />Kristine Salmon, Thousand Oaks, expressed concern over the proposed learning <br />center facility on Janss Road and said it will generate too much traffic and safety <br />problems, and urged participant agencies to consider the negative impact on the <br />surrounding area. <br />Ward said that, as an adjacent property owner, the Conejo Recreation and Park <br />District will be involved in project planning for the Community Learning Center. <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gibson, seconded by Berger, and carried 4-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Approval Of Minutes Of May 13, 2004 Meeting <br />B.
