RESOLUTION NO. 030404-A A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT AUTHORIZING THE DISTRICT TO APPLY FOR A GRANT FUNDING THROUGH THE HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM ADMINISTERED BY THE GOVRNOR'S OFFICE OF EMERGENCY SERVICES Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District that Tex Ward, General Manager, is hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the Conejo Recreation and Park District a local government entity, state agency, special district or non-profit organization established under the laws of the state of California, this application and to file it in the Governor's Office of Emergency Services for the purpose of obtaining certain federal financial assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988, P.L. 93- 288, as amended. That the Conejo Recreation and Park District hereby authorizes its agent to provide to the Governor's Office of Emergency Services for all matters pertaining to such disaster assistance the assurances and agreements required. Passed and approved this 4t' day of March 2004 by the Conejo Recreation and Park District Board of Directors.
