(6) CVD shall provide a shuttle system between Conejo Creek North and Conejo <br />Creek South during peak use periods. <br />C. <br />NO <br />E. <br />Health <br />(1) The parking lot and dirt access egress roadways and area utilized shall be treated <br />with a dust retardant acceptable to the DISTRICT. <br />(2) Adequate restrooms will be provided in locations acceptable to the DISTRICT. <br />(3) Trash and litter control shall be provided so that a clean condition exists and so <br />that debris does not infringe on nearby property. <br />Safetv <br />(1) An ambulance shall be available during peak periods of operation. <br />(2) Fire protection measures as requested by the Ventura County Fire Protection <br />District shall be observed. <br />Hours of Operation <br />Closing hours of operation will be no later than the following: <br />Wednesday <br />Thursday <br />Friday <br />Saturday <br />Sunday <br />Miscellaneous <br />10:00 P.M. <br />10:00 P.M. <br />midnight <br />midnight <br />8:00 p.m. <br />(1) Permits as required by the City of Thousand Oaks, Conejo Recreation and Park <br />District, and/or County of Ventura shall be obtained for the Conejo Valley Days <br />celebration. Copies of all required permits from other agencies shall be submitted <br />to the DISTRICT for review thirty (30) days prior to the event. <br />(2) It is understood between the parties that there may be noise from the use of <br />loudspeaker systems, and the DISTRICT approves the use of loudspeaker systems <br />during the Conejo Valley Days celebration, however, the CVD shall utilize the <br />loudspeaker systems in such a manner as to reduce, to the extent possible, impact <br />upon adjacent neighborhoods and subject to the conditions of the City of <br />Thousand Oaks Special Events permit. <br />-3- <br />
