Directors' Reports <br />Lange reported that the VCSDA (Ventura County Special Districts <br />Association) annual dinner is scheduled for Tuesday, March 2. <br />Gibson requested that staff clarify the position of The Signature Collection <br />Homeowners Association, relative to the issues raised in the letter received <br />from Ed Charton, president of the homeowners association. <br />Gibson said that the Advisory Committee of CSAPA (Conejo Substance <br />Abuse Prevention Authority) will meet on January 28, the CSAPA Board will <br />meet the following day, January 29, and both meetings will be held at <br />Hillcrest Center. <br />Ward clarified the Brown Act, relative to JPA's (joint power authorities) and <br />committees. <br />12. REQUEST FOR STATUS REPORTS AND ITEMS FOR SUBSEQUENT <br />AGENDAS <br />In response to Gibson's request, Benton said that NfL (Neighborhood for Learning) <br />will shortly make a special presentation to the Board. <br />13.
