RESOLUTION NUMBER 061517-A <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE <br />CONEJO RECREATION AND PARK DISTRICT ADOPTING THE <br />FISCAL YEAR 2017-18 & 2018-19 BUDGETS FOR THE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, Conejo Recreation and Park District is duly organized and existing under <br />the provisions of Section 5700 et seq., of the Public Resources Code of the State of <br />California, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 5784 of the Public Resources Code stipulates that after the budget <br />hearing the District shall adopt a final budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District <br />does hereby adopt the 2017-18 & 2018-2019 Fiscal Year Budgets as presented in <br />Exhibits A to F, and including policy item addressed in the budget cover letter. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of , 2017. <br />Jim Friedl, General Manager and <br />Secretary to the Board of Directors <br />George Lange, Chair <br />Board of Directors <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ATTEST: <br />Aline Reynders, Executive Assistant <br />
