User Group Updates <br />Thousand Oaks Soaring Society (TOSS) <br />In October 2016, the Board entered into a <br />one-year agreement with TOSS as the primary <br />permitted group at the Westlake Upper Terrace <br />area of Sapwi. In coordination with staff, TOSS <br />provided on-site volunteer work days and test <br />flights in order to prepare the area for temporary <br />flying. <br />Conejo Disc Golf Club (CDGC) <br />With conditions regarding entry and exiting, <br />parking, and operations, in the beginning of <br />January 2017, TOSS was granted a permit to <br />commence flying. <br />In October 2016, the Board entered into a three-year agreement with CDGC as a primary <br />permitted group for the Sapwi Disc Goff Course. In coordination with staff, CDGC has been on <br />site designing a suitable course layout. <br />a <br />
