As you know we do have a music event (Oakheart Music Festival) entering its 5th or 6th year which is put-on by the <br />Westlake Rotary Club. Asa for-profit, commercial applicant, your event falls into a lower priority -of -use category than <br />do requests from a local service clubs/non-profit organizations (per CRPD's ordinance manual). <br />As of right now, I want to be as candid with you as I possibly can, and that if I were to put this before the CRPD Board, I <br />would have to raise these concerns with the Board during meeting. At this time, I could not recommend an additional <br />large scale event to the CRPD Board. <br />I do have a suggestion for avenue that may have capacity and could be a great location for your event.
