ADITYA FESTIVAL PRODUCTIONS <br />September 14, 2016 <br />Re: Special Event- Date Request <br />Good Morning James Friedl, <br />It is with great pleasure that I submit to you our interest and intent to produce a Summer Music Festival at <br />the Conejo Creek South Park in 2017 with a target audience of Baby Boomers and Families. Our Executive <br />Producerteam Ron Plotkin, Barrett LaRoda and Mat Sed are well experienced and are local residents. <br />Our target talent would be the likes of Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder, or similar caliber of Musical Artist. We <br />have produced major events featuring Sting, Elton John and many other major music industry super -stars. <br />Our goal is to bring together families in the community for a weekend of outdoor music, and a host of local <br />and regional craft designers and exhibitors. We are looking to secure a weekend date in May/June of 2017. <br />Ideally, we are looking to gain a preliminary approval of an available date so that we may begin the process <br />of applying to the City of Thousand Oaks for an event permit.
