Site Fee Payment to the District is $12,200 total (4 days at Conejo Creek South at $2,800 <br />per day; 2 days at Conejo Creek West at $500 per day. <br />o $1,000 payable (non-refundable) on the date of the signing of the agreement <br />o $11,200 payable ninety days prior to the event <br />Event Fee of Payment to the District is $45,000 total ($50,000 and $5,000 credit for paid <br />MOA) <br />o $20,000 payable ninety days prior to the event <br />o $25,000 payable thirty days from the termination of the event <br />M. ADITYA to obtain a $10,000 property damage and holdover performance bond <br />District to coordinate with an independent consultant and Aditya to further develop and <br />detail the Preliminary Noise Control and Monitoring Plan to monitor the event. <br />Noise levels set at 75 dBA and 90 dBC at property line. Noise to be monitored the day of <br />event and results provided to the District. <br />Each act/performer may experience one (1) noise violation without penalty. A second <br />violation of any acttperformer shall result in a $500 penalty to Aditya.
