1K Oaks Executive Summary We have developed a wonderful Music Festival (Titled "1K Oaks Music Festival") that politely exposes the entire community to a cultural experience through music, food, local businesses and family in a controlled festival environment with the goal of meeting several of the key initiatives outlined in the Thousand Oaks 2017 vision plan. Our plan to produce the 1K Oaks Music Festival at Conejo Creek Park South (Soccer Fields) in Thousand Oaks. In this our first year, we are looking to present a festival on the weekend of June 9" & 10`x' 2018. The festival will feature a talent line up that is made up of legendary classic rock superstars, chart topping musicians and a few of our own local star talent. In addition to the music performance area of the festival, we are looking to simultaneously host a boutique "Luxury/Exotic Automobile Show" consisting of fine automobiles in the exotic and ultra - luxury categories. We anticipate roughly 20-30 vehicles to be on display on the asphalt area of the parking lot. The automobile show will include top luxury and exotic automobiles from Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bentley, Rolls Royce and Tesla, the automobiles that we are proposing to display are owned by Local Dealerships, friends, and private collectors that live in and or are known to the Thousand Oaks community. The "Vendor Village" will be a designated area within the festival that will create an atmosphere of culture and community pride, comprised of local small businesses as well as an area for larger companies to display, promote and sell their goods. A designated "International Food Pavilion" area will also be featured and will contain local restaurants and food merchants offering a variety of cuisine from all of over the world. Tickets for the festival are scheduled to go on -sale in the Spring of 2017 with prices that range from economical to exclusive VIP. The lK Oaks Festival is strategically focused on a targeted audience from Ventura County to Santa Barbara and will include residents from Hidden Hills, Calabasas, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Simi Valley, Malibu, Santa Monica, Camarillo and the Conejo Valley. The 1K Oaks Festival will be produced by large scale music production company Aditya Festival Productions, known for legendary global world class events, including Africa Rising, This Day Festival and Mandela 80th Birthday extravaganza, Tobago Jazz Fest and most recently the Blue Sun Music Festival. fx-3
