General Manager's .Report <br />Friedl stated that the next Board meeting on Dec. 12 will be a re-org <br />meeting. <br />Friedl referenced 850 Warwick, where CRPD conducts an afterschool <br />homework program; the Conejo YMCA may be looking into getting involved <br />with 850 Warwick. Also, the Conejo YMCA has arranged to have 30 <br />Thanksgiving dinners at 850 Warwick. <br />Friedl referenced the Legislative Analyst Office report, "California Fiscal <br />Outlook". <br />None. <br />F. Follow -Up Reports on Meetings/Conferences Attended <br />Lange reported that he attended the City of Westlake Village Reorganization <br />meeting on November 2&. <br />Lange reported that he also attended the Veterans Day event at Conejo <br />Creek South and noted that it was one of the better programs, and well - <br />organized by Ed Holt. <br />Holt met with the Conejo Coalition of Youth and Families; and mentioned <br />that the Resource Center is no longer at the Oaks Mall but they still have the <br />website. <br />Holt reported that the City of Thousand Oaks is starting an internship <br />program for interested businesses and 11th grade students. Lindsey <br />reported that she attended a meeting in early November with juniors, their <br />parents and some of the businesses that will be involved. They plan to <br />launch in the Summer.
