Approve the FY 2013-14 budget adjustment delineated on Exhibit B <br />D. Call for Nominations to Serve on Board of Directors for California Association <br />for Park and Recreation Indemnity (CAPRI) <br />Friedl reported there is currently an opportunity for the District to participate on the <br />CAPRI Board. If CRPD is elected to the Board, this resolution would also allow the <br />General Manager to appoint someone to serve on the Board; traditionally a District <br />staff member. <br />It was moved by Jones, seconded by Gibson, and carried 5-0 to Adopt <br />Resolution 090513-A, that it be read in title only and all further readings be <br />waived: <br />a. Nominate the Conejo Recreation and Park District to stand for an election <br />to serve on the CAPRI Board; and <br />b. Accept the Nomination of CRPD for candidacy to the CAPRI Board; and <br />c.
