Janss Road, Thousand Oaks <br />January 26, 2013 — 8:00 AM <br />MINUTES <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Holt called the meeting to order at 8:00 am. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Director Gibson, Director Holt, Director Huffer, Director Jones, Director Lange. <br />Staff Present: General Manager Friedl, Administrators Hare, Lewanda and <br />Lindsey, Executive Assistant Reynders <br />Also Present: Rorie Skei — MRCA, Stephanie Sumell and Iris Smoot Thousand <br />Oaks Acorn <br />3. BOARD BUS TO DEPART FOR FACLITIES TOUR <br />Board members, staff and public boarded the bus at 8:05 a.m. (Lange and Jones <br />followed behind in their own vehicles due to their need to leave the meeting <br />early.) <br />4, FACILITIES TOUR <br />SITE 1 <br />Conejo Greek South — AYSO Funded Snack Shack►Meeting Rm <br />1300 East Janss Road, Thousand Oaks <br />Hare introduced Steve Ferry, Commissioner of AYSO Region 9. Ferry thanked <br />the District and Board members for their support of the construction of the Snack <br />Shack. <br />A tour of the nearly -completed building was conducted. The building includes a <br />snack shack, a meeting room with storage, and restrooms. <br />
