Amendment #1 to April 19, 2007 Memorandum of Understanding with <br />American Youth Soccer Organization Region 9 (AYSO) <br />Hare presented the item, which was finalized after meeting with AYSO <br />representatives over the past month. Hare highlighted certain sections of the <br />agreement and expressed appreciation to the AYSO representatives for their <br />collaboration. <br />Doug Overton, Thousand Oaks, AYSO Region 9 former Regional Commissioner and <br />current Fields Commissioner, encouraged the Board to adopt this amendment. <br />Huffer moved, Lange seconded, and it passed 5-0 to Authorize General Manger <br />to enter into Amendment #1 to the April 19, 2007 Memorandum of <br />Understanding with American Youth Soccer Organization Region 9 (AYSO.) <br />B. Appointments to the Goebel Senior Center Commission <br />Lange moved, Jones seconded, and it passed 5-0 to approve the appointments <br />of Jeff Blum, Pam Johnson, Patricia Shiano and Mike Toyen, and the <br />reappointment of Ron Schmidt and Jim Seerden to the Goebel Senior Center <br />Commission. <br />C. Resolution Endorsing Candidacy of Director Gibson for Dllrector-at-Large of <br />California Association of Recreation and Park Districts (CARPD) <br />Huffer moved, Jones seconded, and it passed 5-0, to adopt Resolution No. <br />042513-A supporting the candidacy of Director Joe Gibson for position of <br />Director at Large on the Board of Directors, Ca!ifomia Association of <br />Recreation and Park Districts, that it be read in title only and all farther <br />readings be waived. <br />10.
