These resolutions allow for the initiation of the annual levy proceedings, preliminarily approve the Engineer's reports and declare the intention of the District to levy the assessments with the setting of a public hearing. The maximum assessments have been. raised by the CPI. The actual assessment for Rancho Conejo (92-1) is increasing from $58.48 to $63.96 per benefit unit and for Dos Vientos (94-1) from $283.30 to $294.50 per benefit unit. It was moved by Jones, seconded by Huffer, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution 041113-B, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District, Initiating Proceedings for the Annual Levy of Assessments for Fiscal Year 2013/2014 and Ordering the Preparation of an Assessment Engineer's Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 92-1 (Rancho Conejo Playfield); that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived. It was moved by Jones, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to adopt Resolution 041113-C, A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Conejo Recreation and Park District, Preliminarily Approving the Assessment Engineer's Report for Proceedings for the Annual Levy of Assessments within Landscape Maintenance District No. 92-1 (Rancho Conejo Playfield); that it be read in title only and all further readings be waived.
