Determine that the Thousand Oaks Community Park Restroom and Storage Building Project <br />is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br />2. Approve construction of restroom and storage building at Thousand Oaks Community Park. <br />3. Increase appropriation by $51,000 for donations to Thousand Oaks Community Park <br />Restroom and Storage Building Project. <br />4. Transfer $76,000 from Thousand Oaks Community Park Restroom and Storage Building <br />Project account to Northwood Neighborhood Park Phase 3 Development and Turf <br />Conversion Project account. <br />5. Transfer $299,000 from Turf Conversion Accounts to Northwood Neighborhood Park Phase <br />3 Development and Turf Conversion Project. <br />6. Transfer $375,000 from Unassigned Funds to Northwood Neighborhood Park Phase 3 <br />Development and Turf Conversion Project. <br />7. Award bid to United Construction and Landscape for $1,324,000 plus contingency in the <br />amount of $124,400, totaling $1,448,400 for construction of restroom and storage building at <br />Thousand Oaks Community Park restroom and playgrounds, sand volleyball, basketball <br />courts and turf conversion at Northwood Neighborhood Park. <br />CEQA COMPLIANCE <br />Thousand Oaks Community Park Restroom and Storage Building <br />For the Board consideration and approval, District staff believes the Thousand Oaks Community <br />Park Restroom and Storage Building Project qualifies for a Class 3 Categorical Exemption, <br />pursuant to Section 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines.
