Staff has requested that Park Vista ALC, LLC pay a consideration of $5,000 to secure <br />the easement on District property. In response, Park Vista ALC, LLC has provided the <br />attached letter requesting that they not have to pay for the easement. Since the dollar <br />amount of the requested consideration is modest, staff has not sought a formal <br />appraisal of the value of the easement.
