Holt, Director <br />Chuck Huffer, Director <br />GENERAL MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Adopt Resolution 071714-A, Adopting the Conflict of Interest Code for the Conejo Recreation <br />and Park District and authorize the General Manager to forward the resolution to the Clerk of <br />the Ventura County Board of Supervisors. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Every two years the District is asked to review and update, if necessary, its Conflict of Interest <br />Code. The District's current code was last amended in September 2012. <br />The District's Conflict of Interest Code incorporates the California State Fair Political Practices <br />Commission's regulation 18730 by reference thus, as FPPC regulation 18730 is amended, so <br />too, is the District's Conflict of Interest Code. <br />This year the County Clerk of the Board is making their electronic filing system available, at no <br />cost, to the District.
