Consider Proposed Restated and Amended Employment Contract with <br /> the District’s General Manager <br /> <br /> Gibson reported he and Vice Chair Jones, as members of the Ad Hoc <br />General Manager Employment Agreement Review Committee, worked with <br />counsel to revisit the General Manager’s contract, to simplify the contract <br />regarding compensation and to make other minor adjustments. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Holt, seconded by Jones, and carried 5-0 to adopt the <br />updated amendment to and fully restated employment agreement <br />between Conejo Recreation and Park District and General Manager, <br />and authorize the Chair to sign such on behalf of the District. <br /> <br />11. Parks Division Report <br /> <br />Hare reported the District recently received a “2014 Solar Champion Award” <br />from the Environment California Research and Policy Center. As of the <br />beginning of this month, just under 300,000 kW hours of energy has been <br />generated from the solar panels – in just about five months. On Saturday, <br />May 31st at noon, there will be a ribbon cutting at Lang Ranch Neighborhood <br />Park. <br />
