Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 052214-B <br />Ordering the Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape <br />Maintenance District 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) <br /> <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-1 (Gibson <br />voting No) to adopt Resolution No. 052214-B ordering the levy of <br />assessments for LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo), that it be read in title only <br />and all further readings be waived. <br /> <br /> B. Public Hearing to Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 052214-C <br /> Ordering the Levy of the Annual Assessment for Landscape <br /> Maintenance District 94-1 (Dos Vientos) <br /> <br /> Hare explained that the notice of public hearing was not published in a timely <br />manner. Therefore, this item will be continued, and proper notice provided, <br />for the next Board Meeting on June 5, 2014. <br /> <br /> C. Consider Adoption of Resolution No.052214-D Requesting <br /> Consolidation of November 4, 2014 Election <br /> <br /> It was moved by Jones, seconded by Huffer, and carried 5-0 to adopt <br />Resolution 052214-D Requesting Consolidation of the November 4, <br />2014 District Election with statewide general election, that it be read <br />in title only and all further readings be waived. <br /> <br /> D. Consider Adoption of Resolution 052214-E Setting Facility and Filming <br /> Fees and Charges <br /> <br /> Lindsey reported fees are reviewed annually. Staff is recommending a fee <br />increase of approximately 5%, with certain categories excluded from this <br />increase; exceptions are athletic fields, athletic courts, athletic field lights, <br />wisteria picnic areas and refundable deposits. Hare explained photography <br />would now be divided into two categories: Still Commercial and Still Portrait. <br />A correction was noted: items 3A and 3B on the Board memo attachment <br />titled “Section 514-Filming” - 3(A) should read $120 and 3(B) should read <br />$57. <br />
