Secretary <br />Martinich reported that event photos will be transferred to CDs and will be <br />able to be shown utilizing the new lobby monitor. <br />Martinich requested volunteer hours be reported no later than April 11. <br />She emphasized the importance of completing the CSVP enrollment card. <br />D. Treasurer <br />Basilio reported Commission assets from the February 2014 Monthly <br />Balance Sheet. She reported that one Certificate of Deposit had matured <br />today (3/26/14) and another will mature 3/28/14. <br />E. Budget and Finance Committee <br />Smith reported the committee did not meet in March but is scheduled to <br />do so the third Wednesday in April. He said topics will include budget <br />adjustments for the cost of the approved lobby television and support of <br />CSVP. <br />F. Bingo Committee <br />Cleary reported Bingo attendance has been fluctuating but overall the <br />program is doing very well. <br />G. Executive Committee <br />No report. <br />H. Programs and Promotions Committee <br />Smith reported there are four teams signed up to compete at the <br />upcoming Game Night. Seerden noted Tom Hare, CRPD, Administrator <br />of Parks and Planning will act as emcee. <br />
