LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) <br />The recommended assessment for LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) provides for the maintenance <br />and operation of Rancho Conejo Playfield. The proposed assessment is changing from <br />$63.96 per benefit unit to $70.78 per benefit unit for FY 2014/15. Based on the 0.54% (capped <br />at 5%) change in CPI from February 2013 to February 2014, the maximum assessment rate <br />within LMD 92-1 (Rancho Conejo) changes from $91.18 per benefit unit to $91.68 per benefit <br />unit. Attached is a historical annual assessment revenue summary. <br />LMD 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch) <br />The recommended assessment for LMD 94-1 (Dos Vientos Ranch) provides for the <br />maintenance and operation of Dos Vientos Community Park, Del Prado Playfield, and Dos <br />Vientos and Sycamore Neighborhood Parks, as well as the maintenance of the open space <br />surrounding Dos Vientos Ranch. The proposed assessment is changing from $294.50 per <br />benefit unit to $299.00 per benefit unit for FY 2014/15. Based on the 0.54% (capped at 5%) <br />change in CPI from February 2013 to February 2014, the maximum assessment rate within <br />LMD 94-1 (Dos Vientos) changes from $297.97 per benefit unit to $299.59 per benefit unit. <br />Attached is a historical annual assessment revenue summary. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2013 Strategic Plan Element 3.2.7: Maintain and adjust existing assessment districts <br />and evaluate the establishment of new assessment districts or similar funding mechanisms in <br />order to provide and enhance park facilities. <br />Respectfully submitted by, <br />G�s <br />T.
