As reflected above, a contract award will not be based solely on price, but <br />on a combination of factors as determined to be in the best interest of the <br />District. After evaluating the proposals, the District reserves the right to <br />further negotiate the proposed scope of work, method of delivery and <br />amount of compensation. The District reserves the right to reject all <br />proposals. <br />Proposal Submittal <br />Email proposals are preferred (PDF). Hard copies are not necessary, but will be <br />accepted. If submitting hard copies, please deliver 6 copies. Please submit <br />your proposal no later than 5:00 pm on April 25, 2014.
