General Report -Committee Meeting Minutes -May 17, 2016 <br />Smith reported the committee met and reviewed the draft 2016/2017 budget. <br />He said the finalized version of the 2016/2017 budget will be brought to the <br />Commission for approval at the June meeting. <br />G. Bingo Committee <br />1. Financial Report -April 2016 <br />Basilio reported the April Bingo figures: 1,655 patrons with an average of 118 <br />per meeting; the total gross register receipts were $28,823, with additional <br />register receipts of $3,924 from Friday Night Bingo; pull -tab receipts of <br />$17,228.50, with an additional $2,107 from Friday Night Bingo. She reported <br />total gross revenue of $52,082.50 with net revenue of $15,626.50. She <br />confirmed these figures from the Bingo Financial report are correct. <br />H. Programs Committee <br />I. General Report — Committee Meeting Minutes -May 3, 2016 <br />Toyen, in response to Smith, reported the success of the Music Comes Alive <br />program performance of The Long Run an Eagles tribute band which was <br />sold out. <br />I. Publicity Committee <br />Blum reported that the Acorn Newspaper ad displayed the "sold out" status <br />of the Music Comes Alive, The Long Run performance. He noted that this <br />was done to promote season ticket sales. He also reported Bingo ads have <br />been submitted to the Acorn for publication. <br />I Bus Trips <br />1. General Report -- Committee Meeting Minutes -May 2, 2016 <br />Martinich reported the next quarterly committee meeting will be held August 1. <br />Staff Reports <br />A. Attendance Reports <br />Hamm referenced the documentation. She said the totals in the report are <br />correct with 15,117 in attendance at 798 meetings/events in the month of April. <br />
