For the year 2014, LUCY PET shall pay the DISTRICT not less than $15,000 (fifteen thousand dollars) for the rental of the subject premises as described herein. Payment shall occur within ninety (90) days of the termination of said event. LUCY PET shall pay the DISTRICT an additional $1,500 for each day or fraction thereof beyond 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 that the subject premises have not been restored to as good a condition as when received by LUCY PET, as described in paragraph 3 of this Agreement. LUCY PET shall exercise its reasonable best efforts to obtain any financial statements for the 2014 Conejo Valley Days celebration and transmit them to the DISTRICT. This provision shall not obligate LUCY PET to prepare or pay for the preparation of any financial statements. 11. LUCY PET shall frilly reimburse the DISTRICT for any labor and materials expended by the DISTRICT for any and all repairs that are caused by the event. Payment shall occur within ninety (90) days of date of invoice from the DISTRICT. 12. LUCY PET shall fully reimburse the DISTRICT for any electricity usage of the lights at the subject premises. As standard with DISTRICT permitted groups, the DISTRICT will invoice LUCY PET based on the subject premises' Control -Link Usage Report for the appropriate usage and current at the time of invoicing hourly rate. Payment shall occur within ninety (90) days of date of invoice from the DISTRICT. LUCY PET shall provide the DISTRICT with a light usage schedule at least thirty (30) days prior to the event. 13.
