Two bids were received on July 1, 2015 as follows: It should be noted the line items for Fairway Ford bid total add up to $96,030.40; however, the bidder wrote $94,297.00 in numbers and words on the bid. This adding error is inconsequential to the awarding the bid to Fairview Ford. Additionally, the District planned on trading in a total of three vehicles with this purchase; however, before the purchase/trade in was noticed to bidders, the Conejo Valley Unified School District (CVUSD) contacted the District with an interest in purchasing all three of the vehicles.
