Holt, Director <br />Joe Gibson, Director <br />GENERAL, MANAGER EMERITUS <br />Tex Ward <br />Award purchase in the total amount of $92,461.20 to Fairview Ford as follows: <br />• One 2016 %-Ton Regular Cab 4X2 w/8' Utility Bed in the amount of $26,998.00; <br />• Two 2016 3/ - Ton Extended Cab 4X2 w/8' Utility Bed in the amount of $58,988.00 <br />($29,494.00 each); <br />• Plus tire fees ($26.25) and sales tax ($6,448.95). <br />Funds are available in the Equipment Reserve Fund. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The 2016 %-Ton Regular Cab 4X2 w/8' Utility Bed will replace current asset #P0029, a 2009 <br />Chevy 3/ -Ton 2500 Utility Pick -Up. Asset #P0029 has reached the end of the life cycle and <br />requires replacement. <br />One 20163/4 -Ton Extended Cab 4X2 w/8' Utility Bed will replace current asset #P0084, a 2010 <br />Ford 3/ -Ton F-250 Extended Cab Pick -Up work truck. Asset #P0084 has reached the end of <br />the life cycle and requires replacement. <br />One 2016 3/ -Ton Extended Cab 4X2 w/8' Utility Bed will replace current asset #P0085, a 2010 <br />Ford 3/4 -Ton F-250 Extended Cab Pick -Up.
