During any term beyond the initial term, CVUSD may charge a civic center user fee at a <br />rate charged for similar facilities in the CVUSD. CRPD will continue to pay for electricity <br />costs as a result of CRPD's use of the Premises. <br />CRPD is currently meeting with representatives of LA Galaxy Conejo Valley Soccer Club <br />regarding an agreement for construction and use of the proposed facility. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2015 Strategic Plan Element 3.2.5: Continue to seek partnerships, collaborations and <br />sponsorships (cash or in-kind) to offset capital facility and recreation programming costs. <br />Meets 2015 Strategic Plan Element 4.1: Develop, maintain and enhance relationships with the <br />City of Thousand Oaks and the Conejo Valley Unified School District. Hold regular <br />management meetings with City and School District staff. <br />Meets 2015 Strategic Plan Element 4.6: Local non-profit organizations. Maintain and build <br />relationships with local non-profit organizations engaged in activities consistent with the <br />District's mission.
