Staff considers the cost of the product and services from Vaughn to be fair and <br />reasonable. Vaughn was the original installer of the booster pump at Conejo Creek <br />South and provided a similar system at Thousand Oaks Community Park in 2013; with <br />both installations and subsequent services, Vaughn provides reliable, excellent work <br />and responsiveness. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN COMPLIANCE <br />Meets 2015 Strategic Plan Element 2.3: Maintain the 10 -Year Capital Improvement <br />Plan. Regularly update the 10 -Year Capital Improvement Plan to prioritize projects and <br />effectively plan and allocate future resources.
