CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward, Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen, and <br />Washington, Senior Park Development Planner Gilmore, and Executive Secretary <br />Ohren <br />3. Warrants, Exhibits A - G, Total $377,001.37 <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Lange, and carried 5-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
