The Conejo Recreation And Park District Cafeteria Benefits Plan <br />2. The Conejo Recreation And Park District Health Care <br />Reimbursement Plan <br />3. The Conejo Recreation And Park District Dependent Care <br />Reimbursement Plan <br />Jorgensen identified the three components of the proposed plan for fulltime <br />District employees, and answered questions. <br />Gillette said that he was pleased the plan will be offered to employees, and <br />he hoped that its benefits will be fully utilized. <br />In response to Jacobsen's inquiry, Jorgensen explained that District <br />employees will not have the pre-tax savings of Medicare, and savings will be <br />greatest for those needing the dependent care benefit. He said that it is <br />anticipated that ten percent of full-time employees will participate in the plan, <br />and employee meetings to discuss the plan are scheduled in December. <br />Jacobsen asked to be kept informed of employee response. <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0 to adopt: <br />1. The Conejo Recreation And Park District Cafeteria Benefits Plan, <br />2. The Conejo Recreation And Park District Health Care <br />Reimbursement Plan, <br />3. The Conejo Recreation And Park District Dependent Care <br />Reimbursement Plan, <br />as identified and specified in the submitted documentation <br />
