To secure a copy of the letter from Mrs. Lynch regarding the road to <br />Waverly Adult School, and <br />3.) Updated financials on the Joint Powers Authority. <br />Finally, he remarked that perhaps the "room arrangement" should be set in a <br />round -table format, versus the way it currently is set up. <br />Jacobsen thanked Quidwai for his remarks and stated that in the past, the room <br />arrangement had been different. At the present, it was felt it seemed to <br />accommodate all concerned. Additionally he stated Ward would provide the <br />information requested previously. Holt remarked that in reference to Gillette <br />chairing the meeting, that proper protocol had been followed. <br />14. EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) SESSION <br />None. <br />15.
