CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: Berger <br />Staff Present: General Manager Ward; Administrators Jorgensen, Sorensen, and <br />Washington; and Executive Secretary Ohren <br />3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br />4. ITEMS FROM THE PUBLIC <br />5. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Holt, seconded by Lange, and carried 4-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of September 4, 1997 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - E, Total $320,909.47 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Gillette, and carried 4-0, to <br />approve the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
