CALL TO ORDER AND FLAG SALUTE <br />Chair Jacobsen called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m., and led the flag salute. <br />2. ROLL CALL <br />Directors Present: Berger, Gillette, Holt, Jacobsen, and Lange <br />Directors Absent: None <br />Staff Present: Administrators Jorgensen and Washington, and Administrative <br />Secretary Josephson <br />Staff Absent: General Manager Ward, Administrator Sorensen <br />3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />It was moved by Gillette, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve the <br />agenda as presented. <br />6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Minutes of July 24, 1997 Meeting <br />B. Warrants, Exhibits A - D, Total $391,042.65 <br />It was moved by Lange, seconded by Holt, and carried 5-0, to approve <br />the Consent Calendar as presented. <br />
